Here at Happy Hounds, we like to walk your dog within a group, this gives them the chance to gain the all-important social skills they need to become a well-mannered hound. However, we understand that some dogs may not feel comfortable within this situation so individual walks are available. Dogs are kept on lead unless you give us permission to let them off to play freely.

Daycare

Our Day Care service - Nella's Navigators, has become extremely popular amongst our customers. Dogs of all shapes and sizes are placed into carefully curated groups of individuals that we feel, will be perfect playmates. Navigators is 4 hours of care, during this time they get at least 2 walks in various locations around Norfolk. The service is structured so your dog gets physical and mental enrichment and is returned content after a stimulating day of fun. Our Day Care manager has trained and worked with dogs from pets to K9 security and builds a bond with all the animals so they can feel at ease, and you can have a peace of mind knowing your best friend is having the time of their life

Bookings/Cancellations

If you are on an "as and when" service agreement, then we ask for your required service and days by Saturday Noon for the upcoming week. These will be confirmed by our management team, requests later than this cut off point may not be available.

For all cancellations, please contact our main telephone number, 07767 708920, cancellations are free of charge if 24 hours or more notice has been given. Within 24 hours of your service, a 50% fee may be charged.
